REFUND & RETURNS

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase in the form of receipt or email (i.e. order confirmation) must be provided for us to validate the purchase.

All accessories that come with the rollerskates must be unworn and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you found an issue with your product upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of receipt so that we can look into the issue.

We have the right to refuse any item that is deemed ineligible for return and/or exchange. Please ensure the above conditions are fulfilled before requesting for a return/exchange.

To start your return/exchange process, click here. Please state the subject as Exchange/Return, as well as your preferred type of payment method. We currently offer store credit, exchange, original mode of payment for refund amounts.

If your return is accepted, we will then reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized products (size, color, parts altered)
  • Paint job upgraded on products
  • Clearance items (more than 40% off)
  • Discontinued items
  • Mouth guards (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items shipped back without obtaining approval through email
  • Items that have stickers or labels affixed
  • Items that have been specified to be strictly non-exchangeable or refundable
  • Gift cards

We do not charge any handling or restocking fees, but you’re responsible for the shipping fees for sending the products back to us.

However, if your returned product is found to be ineligible for refund or exchange, we will contact you and you will be liable for the return shipment back to you.

Gifts, gift cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Our gift cards are not eligible for return.
